There has been lots going on at ZAAZEE so we decided to ask founder Deborah her thoughts and views on past and future events at the company …
The team thought it would be a good idea to share some of the experiences that happen to me at ZAAZEE. Being the founder I loved the idea so here goes.
We’re now into March so I’m going to provide some insight from the past months when we wrapped up an exciting end to 2016.
The highlight of the year was deffo winning the GOLD award from Women’s Running Magazine for our ERIN top. It came as a huge surprise for us, even though we know how amazing our products are. We are always up against tough competition, so to win was a real achievement for ZAAZEE.
If any of you haven’t yet got an ERIN please get in touch, they really are so awesome and go with most of our kit. They have a close fit, but they looks awesome and it’s an other reason to get active and burn that fat off!!
Our fabulous #ZZblackANDwhite collection also launched towards the end of the year and sales pre-Christmas were fabulous and have been really popular. The printed fabric has been well received and sales of the collection are still doing well. The Zena really look incredible on, I’m wearing them to every class at the moment.
Just before Christmas, I went to Portugal to the factories to agree on some new 2017 pieces and to approve the AMY hoodie. It is so important to make these trips, I can see what new fabric is out and chat about the feedback from you all. While there I agreed to make a few pieces to add into the collection and they will be arriving next week.
The new capris and leggings etc, have been put back a little. But I want to get them right. The padded bra, ESME took a year. So my motto is go slow and ensure the right quality.
This year I’ve been regularly going to Runway Pilates with a bunch of customers and people I know wanted to check out reformer pilates. It’s so good for you on the inside and Catherine Hebb who I met over a year ago has been offering reduced prices for the group. The next big event ZAAZEE will be doing is the TriExpo in Manchester on the 18/19th March, please do come see us, the new pieces will be here. This year we are running some exciting TriYoga sessions on the Sunday with the talented GOH YOGA, hope to see you.
