Delivery & Returns Information | ZAAZEE Activewear for Women


We deliver to UK, USA and selected European countries - Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (inc. Corsica), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (inc. Azores & Madeira), Romania, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (inc. Balearic Islands), Sweden and Switzerland. If your country is not listed please contact us.

Our delivery tiers and prices are as follows:

  1. Standard UK (3-5 days): FREE on all orders.

  2. First Class UK (2 days): £3.50 on all orders.

  3. Next Day UK: £10 on all orders. Please note that you must place your order before 4pm for it to be with you the following day.

  4. Europe (3-7 days): £10 on all orders.

  5. USA (7-14 days): £12 on all orders.

  6. Rest of World (7-14 days): £15 on all orders.


Please note that the cost for all returns is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the goods are found to be faulty. We will only accept returns for items purchased at

  1. If you wish to return an item you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

  2. Once you have notified us please post the item back to ZAAZEE. We must receive the returned products within 14 days.

  3. Complete the Returns slip and place with your item(s) in the original packaging. Please make sure the package is secure.

  4. Please attach the Returns address label on to your package and send to us at:

  5. We recommend sending via your local postal service using a signed for / tracked normal service.

  6. Ensure you request “Proof Of Postage” and please retain this until we have received your item and actioned the refund.

  7. We will email you to let you know once we have received your package.

  8. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please make sure...
  • Items are completely unused, in original condition and in original packaging.

  • Your returned item(s) is accompanied by a completed return slip.

  • You keep the “Proof Of Postage” safe. This will be needed in the event of a problem getting the products back to us.

  • You contact our Customer Services team should you have any problems or queries.
