Amy ran an incredible 53 marathons in 53 days
This is the first blog for the amazing clothing label ZAAZEE!
Let me start by giving you a little introduction about myself…..
My name is Amy Hughes and I am a personal trainer (PT), Yoga fitness instructor and sports masseuse. In 2014 I became the first person in the world to run 53 marathons in 53 consecutive days in different cities around the UK.
The reason I did this crazy challenge I hear you ask??? Simple, I wanted to raise as much money for a local charity that raises funds and awareness for of Brain tumours in children (which I raised £53,000) and to promote to people the advantages and importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.

Off the back of this I have been very fortunate to have received many awards, beating Mo Farah to the “running moment” of the year 2014 at the Running awards, been featured in multiple fitness magazines and occupied a few column inches in national newspapers too.
Last year I appeared on Blue Peter several times where I was training two of the presenters one for a 10km and the other for VLM.
I then met Deborah Todd (founder) who runs this fantastic label and as you may have seen have happily modelled some of her range for her website and have also worn the clothes on a recent TV series I have just finished filming in Ecuador.
I love the ZAAZEE products not only because of the amazing quality and comfort but because of what it also stands for. Deb is so passionate about helping women in sport feel amazing while training but is equally passion about encouraging women to become active.
